I buy my Borax at Target and my washing soda at Smith's. Smith's has Fels Naptha as well.
I have't bought any since last year and I don't have the prices memorized, but you may want to compare them.
There's no albertsons in my state where else could I buy the liquid bluing
I would try Walmart. I know I've seen it there before. If not then Amazon sells it
