  4. Certain additives cause me IBS, so thanks for making it easy for me to check what is safe, or to avoid (cocoa mix, I'll mix my own w/o carrageenan, thanks!)

  5. Thank you soooooo much for posting these! I have had a large pouch of the cannery's instant potato flakes for almost 5 years, and didn't have any instructions for how to cook them! Thank you again for posting these, it was very very helpful!

  10. HI "The Woods", I can't find refried beans on the cannery website anymore so I don't think they still package and sell them. I don't have a shelf life for you, sorry.
